A Starry Evening in 2019 (another experiment)    2019

This a Starry, Starry Evening in late 2019. In this version I have isolated some interesting elements from the scene as I move it into abstraction, in a certain way. This work was developed on a background created using spray paints and cellophanes, and bare Masonite. Much of that was covered with the paint of the work. The attempt was made to focus on certain elements, constructed from Styrofoam in 3D.

I will create a small series of works to extend from this point out to more abstract points, along different energy levels.
